Guai(怪):

A Guai is a creature that has cultivated itself from an animal, taking on a human or near-human form, and possesses certain magical powers. They can be active both day and night and usually pose some danger to humans. It is important to note that if an animal sincerely seeks goodness and enlightenment during its cultivation, it is possible for it to become an immortal. However, if it fails in its cultivation journey, lacks guidance from a master, or chooses to pursue malevolence, it will become a Guai.
